• Taxes, local surcharges, and optional extras (e.g., insurance, GPS, child seats) will be displayed at checkout.

• We reserve the right to modify rates before confirmation.

4. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required at vehicle pickup.

• The amount depends on vehicle type, rental duration, and location.

• Deposits are released within 5–10 business days after safe vehicle return.

• Deductions may apply for damages, tolls, cleaning, or unpaid balances.

5. Vehicle Pickup and Return

• Customers must present valid ID, driver’s license, and payment method.

• Vehicles must be inspected jointly before departure.

• Returns must occur at the agreed location and time.

• Late returns may incur hourly/daily charges.

• Vehicles must be returned with equivalent fuel levels or refueling fees will apply.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup: full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours: one-day rental fee charged.

• No-shows: entire prepaid amount forfeited.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Permitted Vehicle Use

You agree to operate vehicles:

• For lawful personal or business purposes only.

• Within the continental United States (unless otherwise authorized).

• Only by approved drivers listed on the rental contract.

Prohibited uses include:

• Racing, towing, off-roading, or ride-share activity.

• Use under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Transport of illegal goods or unregistered passengers.

• Subleasing or transferring vehicle control.

Violation voids insurance coverage and may incur full liability.

8. Insurance and Protection

• Minimum state-required liability insurance is provided as mandated by law.

• Optional coverages (CDW, LDW, SLC, Roadside Protection, Theft Protection) may be purchased.

• The renter remains responsible for damage or loss not covered by chosen protections.

• The company’s total liability never exceeds the total rental amount paid.

9. Accidents, Theft, or Breakdown

• In case of accident/theft, immediately contact Cony Support.

• File a police report within 24 hours.

• Do not abandon the vehicle without company approval.

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications will not be reimbursed.

10. Violations and Fines

• Renters are fully responsible for tolls, tickets, and violations.

• Administrative fees may be applied for processing citations.

• Outstanding violations may be deducted from the deposit.

11. Vehicle Condition and Cleanliness

• Vehicles must be returned in the same clean condition.

• Smoking, vaping, or pet hair may result in cleaning fees.

• Missing accessories (keys, GPS, chargers) are billed at replacement cost.

12. Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal information per our Privacy Policy, compliant with U.S. and Hawaii data laws.

We use tokenized payments and do not retain full card information.

13. Limitation of Liability
