Booking Policy

1. Overview

This Booking Policy governs all vehicle rental reservations ("Bookings") made through Happy Cony LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether directly via our website (https://conycarrental.com), partner networks, or authorized agents.

By confirming a booking, the customer (“Customer,” “Renter,” “You”) agrees to comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and all applicable U.S. and state laws.

All bookings are considered a legally binding rental agreement upon confirmation of payment.

2. Booking Channels

  • Bookings can be made directly on our official website, through verified partners, or at physical rental counters (where applicable).
  • Walk-in rentals without a confirmed online or authorized booking are not accepted.
  • Third-party bookings are governed by both this Policy and the partner’s terms.

3. Information Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate personal details including legal name, contact information, and payment details.
  • False, incomplete, or misleading details may result in cancellation without refund.
  • The Company may request ID, driver’s license, and proof of address before releasing the vehicle.

4. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and receipt of a confirmation email or SMS.
  • Failed or declined transactions result in incomplete bookings.
  • Suspicious bookings may be cancelled until payment verification.

5. Payment Terms

  • Accepted payments: major credit/debit cards and approved digital wallets.
  • Payments processed via PCI-DSS-compliant systems; no card details stored.
  • Security deposit authorization may be required at pickup.
  • All prices are in USD.

6. Driver Eligibility & Verification

  • Minimum age: 21 years (25 for luxury/exotic vehicles).
  • Valid U.S. or international driver’s license (passport required).
  • Driving history may be verified.
  • Additional drivers must be declared and approved.

7. Pickup Process

The renter must present:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Credit/debit card used for booking
  • Booking confirmation

Vehicles are inspected with the customer and existing damage documented.

Late arrivals over 2 hours without notice = No-Show (Refund Policy applies).

8. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

  • Vehicles delivered clean and inspected.
  • Report any damage before leaving.
  • Return vehicle in same condition to avoid charges.
  • No smoking or unauthorized pets.

9. Modification & Extension

  • Changes subject to availability.
  • Rate differences may apply.
  • Extensions must be approved before return time to avoid fees.

10. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Refund requests → support@conycarrental.com
  • Refunds may be denied for violations or No-Shows.

11. Vehicle Substitution & Availability

  • Company may substitute a similar or upgraded vehicle if needed.
  • Customer may accept alternative or request refund.

12. Insurance & Protection

  • State-mandated liability coverage included.
  • Optional add-ons available.
  • Customer responsible for understanding coverage.

13. Force Majeure

  • Company not liable for delays due to natural events.
  • Credits or refunds may be offered.

14. Fraud & Security

  • Fraudulent bookings cancelled immediately.
  • We cooperate with law enforcement.

15. Governing Law

Governed by Hawaii state laws. Venue: Honolulu County, Hawaii, USA.
