1. Overview

This Booking Policy governs all vehicle rental reservations (Bookings) made through Happy Cony LLC

(Company, we, us, or our) whether directly via our website (https://conycarrental.com), partner networks, or

authorized agents.

By confirming a booking, the customer (Customer, Renter, You) agrees to comply with this Policy, our Terms

& Conditions, Refund Policy, and all applicable U.S. and state laws.

All bookings are considered a legally binding rental agreement upon confirmation of payment.

2. Booking Channels

– Bookings can be made directly on our official website, through our verified partners, or at physical rental

counters (where applicable).

– We do not accept walk-in rentals without a confirmed online or authorized pre-booking.

– Bookings made through third-party or affiliate websites are also governed by this Policy in conjunction with

the third party’s terms.

3. Information Accuracy

– Customers must provide accurate and verifiable personal details, including name (as per driver’s license),

contact number, email, and payment details.

– Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in booking cancellation without refund.

– Happy Cony LLC reserves the right to request ID, license, and proof of address before releasing the

vehicle.

4. Booking Confirmation

– A booking is confirmed only after successful payment authorization and receipt of a confirmation email or

SMS.

– If a transaction fails or authorization is declined, the booking is considered incomplete.

– The Company reserves the right to cancel any unverified or suspicious booking until the payment clears.

5. Payment Terms

– We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover) and approved digital wallets.

– All payments are processed via PCI-DSS-compliant, tokenized gateways; we do not store full card details.

– Prepaid bookings may require security deposit authorization at pickup.

– Prices listed are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

6. Driver Eligibility & Verification

– Minimum age: 21 years old (or 25 for luxury/exotic vehicles).

– Valid U.S. driver’s license or international license (with passport) is required.

– Renters must have a clean driving record and may be subject to DMV checks.

– Additional drivers must be declared at booking and approved by the Company.

7. Pickup Process

– The renter must present the following at pickup:

– Valid driver’s license

– Credit/debit card used for booking

– Booking confirmation email or SMS

– Vehicles will be inspected jointly with the customer; existing damage (if any) will be documented.

– Late arrivals (beyond 2 hours of scheduled pickup without notice) may be marked as No-Show and forfeited

per the Refund Policy.

8. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

– Vehicles are delivered clean, fueled, and inspected.

– Renters must report any visible damage before leaving the premises.

– Upon return, vehicles must be in substantially the same condition; otherwise, damage, cleaning, or

loss-of-use fees may apply.

– Smoking, vaping, or carrying pets without consent is prohibited.

9. Modification & Extension

– Booking modifications (date/time/vehicle) are subject to availability.

– Rate differences and additional fees may apply.

– Extensions beyond the original return time must be approved before the scheduled return, or late fees will

apply.

10. Cancellation & Refund

– Cancellations follow the Company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy posted on our website.

– Refund requests must be initiated via email at support@conycarrental.com and will be processed to the

original payment method.

– The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds for policy violations or No-Shows.

11. Vehicle Substitution & Availability

– Happy Cony LLC reserves the right to substitute the booked vehicle with another of similar size,

category, or higher if the original model is unavailable due to mechanical issues or operational constraints.

– Customers will be informed promptly and offered a refund or equivalent alternative.

12. Insurance & Protection Options

– Basic state-mandated liability coverage is included unless otherwise noted.

– Optional add-ons (Collision Damage Waiver, Supplemental Liability Insurance, Roadside Protection, GPS,

Child Seat) are available at booking or pickup.

– Renters are responsible for understanding and accepting insurance coverage terms.

13. Force Majeure & Operational Interruptions

– The Company shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside its control, including

weather, natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.

– In such cases, the Customer may be entitled to a credit or refund at the Company’s discretion.

14. Fraud & Security

– Bookings made using stolen payment information or fraudulent credentials will be cancelled and reported to

relevant authorities.

– We cooperate with U.S. federal and state law enforcement for identity verification and fraud prevention.

15. Governing Law

All bookings and related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to conflict of

law principles.

The exclusive venue for any dispute shall be Honolulu County, Hawaii, United States.
